Laurie Hamilton

I started working in the flooring industry in 2005.  I have had the pleasure of working for several amazing companies in the Portland area and have been able to meet some outstanding people.  I have worked as a purchasing agent, submittal specialist, executive assistant, retail sales, account payables, accounts receivable, billing specialist, estimator, receptionist and more for the industry.  I am versed in many things, so now I just put Flooring Specialist as my title for work.

I was able to join the Flintile team in January 2021.  I look forward to helping Flintile grow with my knowledge of products and the industry.  

When I’m not working, I am a vendor at a local farmer’s market selling upcycled crafts that I make.  I attend outdoor concerts with my dad in the summer, he is a major Floydian.  I love playing board games with my adult children and grandson when they are in town for a visit.  I attend a weekly Bible study with my girlfriends at a local church.  Macha is my 15-year-old Chihuahua, her and I enjoy nice long walks on the coastal beaches, mainly Astoria and Long Beach.
